New ECG channel for Pulse Arrival Time (PAT) measurement

Calculates the time between the ECG pulse and PPG waveform providing a time measurement that is directly correlated to blood pressure. Supports research and further development of the PAT measurement as an eventual replacement for the cardio measurement. Research has found that PAT is as effective as the cardiograph for discriminating between truthful and deceptive people in a polygraph test.
